Here's a scenario
Let's say two characters were pouring their power and energy into a bomb for a period of one year. After the year has passed, the bomb (now fueled by the accumulative sum total of the power and energy they have been giving it for a year) explodes and the resulting explosion takes out innumerous incalculably countless infinitely diverging and ever increasing number of space-time continuums.
The bomb itself would have a 2-B rating, but what of the individual characters who had been fueling the bomb's destructive power?
What is the most Plausible/Possible Tier(s) they have to be at in order to make a bomb of such great incalculable magnitude?
