Both r same thing Omniverse=Multiverse.We just said they are difference because in some fiction multiverse posses finite universes,timelines etc where omniverse posses infinite.

A finite multiverse would be 2-B, an infinite multiverse is 2-A, but after 2-A, the amount of universes kind of stops being important.Starbeard123 said:

If an omnipotent has the ability to erase, you can also assume the have the ability to not be erased. So it's a stalemate since CS's are equally powerful as each other.
But when you're talking about Omnipotent characters you have to consider the scope of their domain. The LT is Omnipotent over a multiverse. But there are as many LT's as there are multiverses in the Marvel "Omniverse". TOAA is Omnipotent over the Marvel omniverse and so is more powerful than Living Tribunal, but I want to explain how they can both be omnipotent, even though TOAA is clearly way more powerful than LT.
When it comes to his power over the Multiverse, the LT is All Powerful and can do anything. Anything at all. There is nothing that the TOAA can do to one single multiverse that the LT cannot also do. SO in terms of their power over one multiverse, they are equals. This means they are both omnipotent within the multiverse. But the LT has no power outside of that multiverse, whereas TOAA does. So the LT is omnipotent, but finite in power. TOAA is omnipotent but infinite in power.
In terms of Celestial Sapiens, they are omnipotent. Just because they struggle to come to a final decision doesn't mean they are less powerful or lack all feasible abilities. It just means they can't choose what to do. Their limitation has nothing to do with their power and so doesn't prevent them being omnipotent.
Also, saying that Tori Bot isn't omnipotent because he can't erase the editors is nonsense. Neither can TOAA who is, after all, Stan Lee. The presence IS omnipotent because he has complete and total power over creation. He even has power over the space outside of creation. But he acknowledges that he was created (by an author), and so has no influence outside of the page, but this is an irrelevance. Within the DC Omniverse (whatever it's called), The Presence is omnipotent. no fictional character is omnipotent outside of their fictional realm, so it's a moronic argument that TOAA for instance is more powerful than The Presence. Neither have any influence on the real world at all.

Alien X is not Omnipotent. End of story.
Omnipotence is supreme, unlimited power over everything. There are no "degrees" to Omnipotence and displaying some limitation shows that you are obviously not Omnipotent.
Also, the Presence isn't even the strongest DC character.

The Naljians literally make the Omnitrix (Which contains Celestialsapien DNA) look less advanced than one of their child's toys, along with the implication that they're 26-dimensional entities.
