Introduction
Last month, I had made a thread to upgrade Rex salazar to tier 1 but it wasn't accepted due to lack of explicit evidence from my side, so I decided to make a new one after finding good enough proofs. So basically the purpose of this thread is to upgrade Rex Salazar to tier 1 (Via scaling to the timestream)What is the fabric of existence/space-time/universe?
- As per Professor Paradox, he had initially designed a sub-atomic drill to bore a tunnel in the fabric of space-time. After the failure of his experiment, he was sucked into the tunnel, where he got his powers, and after that he had spent a dozen life times criss-crossing the timestream and making it a better place.
- When Ben pushed one of Maltruant's timebeast while moving in the timestream, skurd said that Ben tore in the fabric of existence and now they're lost in time.

Explicit evidence + Explaination
Meta Nanites:The meta nanites can also rip apart the very fabric of the universe, and are superior to all other nanites. These statements are made by Caesar and Dr Holiday who are knowledgeable beings in Rex’s dimension. Van Kleiss is also a knowledgeable source on the verse cosmology, confirming all statements of the Meta Nanites to be truthful and he's a trustworthy source since he's one of the people who worked on the Meta Nanites.
The Meta Nanites being superior to everyone and any other type of nanite, which must include Van Kleiss’ nanites, which allowed him to travel through the river of time (similar to Paradox’s explanation of time being like a river) which he explicitly referred to as the “timestream".

for additional evidence, so basically the meta nanites also upscale from breach who helped Van Kleiss travel in time and she described herself to be everywhere and everywhen in emptiness of nothingness
Conclusion
Van Kleiss should also have Low Complex range via time travel (while using breach as a source)
