This should also be included in his NEXT 5-B key. Makes no sense how Cell Saga Tien has a 4-C+ Shin Kikoho, and Buu Saga Tien has a fooken' downgrade.

Tien's Kikoho should be straight up Solar System level in the Buu saga scaling to ultimate Gohan because he neutralised buutenks' ki blast which was gonna harm gohan.

This is worse than the Cell Saga example because in the Buu Saga, there were two days when Buu did absolutely nothing notable, and in some cases just was in his house. Tien could've easily went up and fire a Kikoho to kill Fat Buu right then and there
The same apply to the Cell Saga with Tien being able to attack the Androids but chose to rush instead of waiting for a moment to strike them with a Kikoho

Since you're the one who made the edit first, could you fix the profile accordingly?
- Tien's "4-C with Kikoho" should be "4-C with Shin Kikoho"
- Tien's "4-C with Shin Kikoho" should be listed in his buu key.

Not at all, that's 50% Freeza. He could go 100%, but that'd be impossible given how Tien kills him before he does it.

Tien pushes Piccolo aside.
"I've got this one. Wish for both me and Piccolo to be brought back to life ON NAMEK."
Porunga brings them back with one wish each, due to superior wording.
Tien flies toward Frieza.
"Piccolo, go on, I have a trick to take out this guy."
As he catches up, he stops to check on the Grand Elder Guru, who unlocks his potential, bringing him into his Android Saga state.
He catches up to Frieza, charging his Ki. Frieza sees the power of Tien's focused ki, entering his final form to dodge the Kikoho. However, Tien has him outclassed, following with another, which kills the tyrant instantly.
