Never watched that part of JoJo, does Damage Transfer works with non-living beings? Even if its work, being decapited for example isn't something that would destroy Jenny.

Incapacitated > being dead (unless I'm missing something else from Thunder's abilities), also she can regen.

High mid regen makes the decapitation a null factor which makes this a stomp.

Thunder can also transfer the effects. If Thunder dies, his brain and heart stops working, and the same is going to happen to Jenny. But if she can regen, then I guess this is a stomp.

This is an stomp, don't known if Thunder powers work in non living/humanoid beings, but even if they works on Jenny she will regen (unless she start evaporazing him).
