His poison manip would take 20% of opponents health (Says after combat so my assumtion is it takes a bit for the poison to kick in.)
Commander - Reduces damage taken by 75%
Nosferatu - Any attack he lands on Thor he will heal for 50% of that attack
He has some stat amps but they will do nothing, at most get him to around 1.5 gigs and they will grain his magic.

Jeritza Weaknesses -
All of his attacks take away from his magic and he cannot use them a lot.
His attack negation is only counter attacks and he has to be using his sword.
His healing only works on allies and not himself.

IMO - Jeritza has a decent skill advantage and has some abilities that would make it really hard for thor to kill him. The thing is its more likely that thor kills him rather than the opposite, Thor is 3.75x more stronger/durable than the other guys attacks and can furthur amp himself up with lightning aura, he can even create a lightning aura that will attack anything that gets close as shown on the bridge scene. Plus thor can regen from his attacks automatically meanwhile Jeritza has to do double the damage that thor did to heal from an attack from thor. Thor takes it Mid-High diff
