Well, Speedwagon can probably hit and see Meta Hammer, since "only Stands can harm other stands" and "only Stand users can see Stands" was never mentioned in Diesel, nor was it shown

Speed has a weapon in his hat right, a bladed one, if used correctly it coukd be dangerous. Plus far more experience from traveling the world and getting in plenty of fights.
