Probably just baseline from what I understand of PMMM Portable, so basically familar / weak witch level.
 
I would probably say what we consider baseline power null here, ie only powernulling one being. Unless you mean the mechnaics?
 
Also, Andika, since when can Hades Warriors do that? They can destroy\consume souls and summon them, not turn into them.
 
I.... don't actually know. We aren't really exposed to anything outside the Puella Magi/Witches system, so not sure what they're nulling.
 
hades also has this :

Death's Wail Release a shockwave of debilitating energy that stuns and curses all nearby opponents. Increases physical and elemental attack buff for a short duration.

I thought if I said For Reasons Above then I wouldn't have to since I'm just agreeing with the reasons he would win that other people have made their votes off of and just copying and pasting would be unnessecary.

RW has dealt with clone users before IIRC, this shouldn't be a problem for him and has faced foes stronger and more skilled than Kyoko. Strength is useless against someone with hax that she does not resist. Transmutation is one example amongst the many hax he has.

RW can close the gap by diving underground or teleporting. Useless range advantage. RW, again, is not going to stand there and let himself get hit like the Ares RW.

Yes. But Patricia's barrier creation feat is the current 7-B feat.

PMMM's 7-Bs are the characters affected the most

They become baseline because pocket dimension feats can't be calculated. So slightly weaker than before

Patricia's feat is High 7-A. It's an outlier so we'll scale them from something else, but I don't know from which feat specifically yet
