Thing about plot manip and NEP type 2

Come to think of it, if the plot we're talking about right now is something like a fundamental narrative making up an entire verse, then it should be. To say "If the (fundamental) plot has no feat to influence a concept then it cannot!" is the same energy as "If the concept has no feat to influence a (type 1) nonexistence then it cannot!", forcing something to be overly specific. The absence of evidence is not the evidence of an absent, logically, plot stands higher than a concept so there you have it.

Edit: wording

In many case even for fundamental narrative we have concept being same or even higher, at least in all high level verse

2 or 3 verses makes concepts being the same or even higher than the plot doesn't make concepts are equal to fundamental narrative in general sense.
Yeah that's kind of the crux of the issue with this thread, people not understanding that when we talk about "plot", we're not talking about what the verse defines as "plot", but what "the plot" literally is, being the fundamental narrative of the entire story.

I mean what verse have people manipulate directly the fundamental narrative of the entire story.

Because in most case, the fundamental narrative of the verse it's just the reality of the verse or just like litteraly the lower Dimmension (it's why plot manip is like considered as just a variant of reality warping).

A character changing a text bubble would be an example of them influencing the fundamental narrative.
For some stories, such as comic books, text bubbles are THE medium by which we are given plot, if a text bubble not spoken by a character contains information it's usually objectively true, and so manipulating that is extremely powerful, and in my opinion fundamentally stronger than any other form of alteration.
