I'm hesitant to even post this thread, but ya know what... might as well. My bday is very soon, so I'll just consider this my birthday thread goddamnit. SCP 682 is Article Canon, but if need be we can upgrade him to Extended Canon if this becomes a stomp. This is Pre Ressurected Theresia so she has access to Reid. Speed is equalized, battle takes place in whatever Site 682 is currently contained in and 682 has just broken containment. Otherwise, SBA let the chaos begin I suppose.

This version of 682, lacks Ap to scratch his opponent and I don't remember Reality warping/BHC applicable to combat,

Also the high-mid(low Godly over time) regeneration of the Scp will be negate or No due to the regeneration negation?

Yes, with her Divine Blessing any wound she makes it is unable to be healed, so most regen abilities wouldn't work. But if 682 evolves enough to increase his regen past just celluar regen then the Divine Blessing would become almost a mute point.
