The 3 world are soul society, hueco mundo and the human world. Soul society is the size of the human world.(dont forget Yhwach also controls the soul palace) The dimension dangai which is controlled by yhwach is seperated form time and space.

Yhwach was going to merge them into one which it actaully above planet level.

And I believe Yhwach Ap should be planet+ to Large planet or atleast unknown.
