It seems that Geralt will have two keys now
One for base which doesn't have Piercing Cold, and a Blood and Wine key where he has mutations to get upped to High 8-C and will have all previous abilities plus Piercing Cold and a few other new abilities I just found

Jacques de Aldersburg would be unique. Time travel, clairvoyance, precog, summoning, necromancy etc. Insane skill level too, considering he's the founder and grandmaster of an order of knights dedicated to killing monsters for free, which was so successful that Witchers were afraid that they would go out of business. Noteworthy thing is that the knights aren't mutated or use potions so they are more skilled than most Witchers.
