Yeah but they also change their shape and not just their colour. Hence the name "Shapeshifting".

I'm talking about an ability that just changes colour and nothing else.
 
Exactly. Or I just say something like "Can change their colour" . But as long as the powers aren't NFL, Powerlisting option is better so that the Powers and Abilities section isn't too long to read. I also like to leave the explanations for the powers or abilities in the "Noteable Attacks/Techniques" section.
