Yep, but could TWH kill him? His feats kinda suggest that he would be somewhat hard for TWH to deal with, since those police officers aren't as weak as TWH

Yeah physically Thanos should still be stronger than TWH to an extent, but then again with the huge gap in speed TWH could just infect him (unlikely to actually hurt him in any other way though), but TWH would probably die faster than the diseases can kill Thanos...

I'm voting Thanos winning/TWH losing due to Thanos possibly outlasting time limit of TWH's life, even if both end up dying eventually.

Shouldn't TWH have better disease resistance:
Disease Manipulation (Because it had so many diseases, it developed a very strong immune system, but diseases like HIV weaken it somewhat. Anyway, it continues to suffer the effects and will die after a while)
Maybe I interpreting it wrong, but I think it means that other people will die first from contacted disease

Considering that you have EVERY disease and lack every sense - you might also not feel pain at all Not being able to feel pain still doesn't let me fight back or save my life so why bother? I'll probably break my hand and bleed to death trying to punch the gorilla anyway.

Also a bit weird cause there are diseases with absolutely no treatment or cure and that can bypass the immune system like TSEs/prion diseases so technically TWH still would be doomed to die.
And I highly doubt 10 seconds is enough for TWH to do anything, especially since TWH is literally the smallest, weakest and sickest human ever (with the exception of WH who dies instantly) whom Thanos would most likely still outsize by quite a bit.
