The Traveler meets The Ronin of Flame

To begin with, Spicta tends to open a battle as the first to move properly, using Visualization (a massive speed boost that lasts for a fraction of a second) to touch his enemy and thus copy his form. He won't remain as Takahiro and will revert to his original form immediately after retreating, but he will receive pertinent information about who he is facing and what to watch out for in that situation. Spicta's Impersonate won't give him all the information he needs about the enemy, since he doesn't choose the memories he receives, but it will give him the notion that Takahiro is much stronger (the AP gap is huge) and that, in order to defeat him, he will have to use dodging and put aside his armaments to use primarily his fighting styles and techniques that ignore durability (i.e. Serpent Style and Phantom Hand).

Takahiro opens most battles by immediately entering Pure Dominion: Umbran Vigour, so it's likely that if they activate Visualisation and Umbran Vigour at the same time, the speed boost and Instinctive Action would counter Visualisation, and cast the Law that allows Takahiro to slash him (depending on how much Spectral Energy he uses it could range from one INCREDIBLY boosted slash to hundreds of >100% slashes)

It's also equally as likely he doesn't enter Pure Dominion immediately but instead uses Blazing Vindication and Serene Authority (which is automatic once he senses danger), which allow Takahiro to boost his stats significantly and reflect attacks + gain Instinctive Action.

Is Pure Dominion: Umbran Vigour thought-based? Because Visualization is (he will literally start the battle by pseudo-teleporting toward Takahiro and retreating an instant later), and Spicta isn't like other characters with touch-related powers where he will spend half an hour just touching the enemy for the technique to work; he activates the technique, touches you (even if it's just a hair follicle), and heads straight to the other side of the arena until he's 50 meters away again. What's more, even with instinctive reaction and statistics boost (Spicta also having the former and some other complementary abilities + strong enough eyesight to notice even the slightest of deviations in one's body movements), it's unlikely that he'll be able to fully get out of the way in time considering the 213x gap in speed (unless his instinctive action is THAT fast). As for the other skills, I do imagine the same thing, since there's no attack for Takahiro to return (it's literally just Spicta tapping him).

If he does manage to activate Pure Dominion, however, does the barrier close immediately? Because Spicta could very well continue sliding until getting out of the dome (considering it is not that big).

In most cases, yes, if he chants it, it gains increased output but that rarely matters.

He reacted to Rancour after he regained his speed, which at that point was hundreds of times higher than his base speed, so it is a possibility his IA could react to it since it reacted to a Rancour who had recovered a good portion of his former speed.

The circle immediately opens to a 10m radius and cab be extended on Umbran Vigour, however it doesn't have a barrier and instead nullifies any ability that comes within its radius, however I'm not sure how that'd interact with Visualisation (does it have anything that can overwrite a basically subjective reality ability via making the law in the dominion set to abilities can't be activated within it and only damage can get through albeit reduced?). Also with the dominion he will auto cast a law that allows him to instantly slash Spicta

But would he be capable of fully getting out of the way? As I said, only a hair follicle or the slightest piece of DNA should be needed for him to copy Takahiro's form. If that is the case, then yeah, Spicta will realize it is not good to initially use Visualization (since it is not a spammable technique). I do think he wouldn't considering Spicta can still maneuver while in Visualization and, due to Enhanced Senses + Instinctive Action, he should be capable of at least getting a finger in contact with him.

It does have. The Will magic system has hundreds, if not thousands of techniques that are capable of nullifying abilities in any conceivable way, and the techniques of Raw Will (Subjugation, Visualization, and Pact Creation) are the only ones excluded from being affected by anti-spells or the like (meaning they cannot be affected by power nullification). Also, Will is Subjective Reality-based too, so it is likely that he could just escape the Dominion through that

It is possible, but then again if he enters the radius it auto casts a law that reflects attacks and slashes enemies immediately, which makes it impossible for him to do that, and if he uses his Precognition, he could sense that he's attempting to touch him and cast a Resonance Barrier.

It's possible the two stalemate since Dominion's in nature are an extension of one's essence, and this is no exception, the subjective reality is conceptual and forces anyone within to abide by the casted laws and completely stops anyone's techniques as they enter. His slashes will also cut him apart at the soul level and his katana can bypass defences entirely and use both physical and soul-based damage simultaneously which may be hard for Spicta to recover from

I think this would be a 50/50. Again, he might not have enough time to use Precognition, but those slashes would certainly give him trouble (If only a few connect in certain areas, it would probably not still be enough to incapacitate or kill him due to the entire "he only died because he willed himself to" supernatural will thing), and now that I remember, he could just use Angel's Eye with long intonation to passively deflect the slashes if they classify as projectiles (something he does very often). Also, his adaptation/accelerated development would undoubtedly empower him over time.

Speaking of adaptation, if Spicta does indeed manage to use Impersonate and copy Takahiro's form, I cannot see him being hit any time soon. Enhanced Senses, Instinctive Action, Information Analysis + Power Mimicry (which will essentially allow him to analyze, copy, and adapt to all of Takahiro's physical abilities and fighting style, as well as become aware of his supernatural abilities), and Accelerated Development will just allow him further dissect Takahiro's abilities if the battle prolongs (which will probably happen considering he tends to do that tactic and use Visualization to dodge any normally unavoidable attack). Eventually, he would reach a point where there would be no openings for Takahiro to wound him, even with precognition, instinctive action (which would be overridden by Spicta's own), and Dominion (if he can indeed use Visualization + Angel's Eye to just escape from its effect). Also, how does his Resonance Barrier work? Because Spicta may be capable of bypassing it through his Veilbreaker as a method of touching.

Again, power nullification would probably not work on this specific technique (and since Spells are willpower-based, unless Takahiro has a higher Will than Spicta, he could probably focus his Will Particles to make Angel's Eye specifically resistant toward the law-based negation while the rest of his arsenal is nullified). If they hit, however, Spicta is indeed cooked.

These slashes definitely don't count as projectiles as they come directly from his katana. He can somewhat use projectiles but they aren't really projectiles tether than just formless refined blasts of Spectral Energy.

I doubt he'll have a chance to use Impersonate as the Resonance Barrier is quite literally a straight up block button, nothing can bypass it unless there is enough raw attack potency to overwhelm it, phasing, dura neg and the list of bypassing abilities simply don't work since a 125% median (which can literally perma erase any form of immortality, regeneration, body, aoul or concept) couldn't break through one raised by Rancour (which of course Takahiro can't raise on this level, but any he raises would be similar or even superior to Rancour's Resonance Barrier technique in terms of the ability to block anything due to his vast knowledge of Spectral Energy which is beyond Rancour or Raúl) so there's no way to bypass it which means you have to overwhelm it with raw AP, which would take a while.
Yeah the law, even when overwhelmed by raw speed (thousands of times higher) and hax (tens of thousands of attacks were raining down on the law that reflects and blocks attacks that they began to overwhelm the law, alongside Rancour using a Void to become undetected) it still grants such fast IA and draw speed on the sword allowed him to, whilst simultaneously defending himself and being speedblitzed made him able to cut off Rancour's arm (who had Durability >130x higher than his AP) and damage the entirety of his being (body, soul, concept)

Even if the law was overwhelmed or nullified the dominion's IA and stat amps are so powerful that even when he is hundreds of times weaker than his opponent he could still highly damage them AND survive for 14 hours straight against them.
