Honestly, Spongebob might be one of the weakest, if not the weakest 2-C I've ever seen. He is 2-C with one attack, which he will never, ever, use in character. Also, that durability, I don't even need to say anything, just look at the durability. Zen'o doesn't even need erase to win this, he could just poke him.

Dodo probably just underestimated DB characters because of the "lol dragon ball has no hax" tradition. (And that's in comparison to particularly powerful verses like Saint Seiya,)
