Iirc, CAS is a few layers above baseline 1A. But I'm not really sure if he could even affect Shiki due to her NEP.

CAS should be halfway between 1A and High 1-A. The difference in ap is staggeringly high.



Feel like it's incon because CAS can't touch her, and she can't do anything to him (even if she was, his RE would counter it after a bit)
