I mean, here's the deal. Yor Forger is among the most accomplished killers in her world, having a 100% success rate and posing a threat to military units and bounty hunters alike. Let's say Yor Forger gets hired to kill a seemingly mundane target by a certain snake girl who just wants to go back to Hell. Problem is, Yor's target happens to be Yurine Hanazono, literally the most powerful character of her world, who posed a threat to her world's incarnation of GOD!
AP-wise... Yor scales from 9.5 megajoules. Yurine, on the other hand, one-shot a character who can deal 2384043.2 joules in AP AND can block attacks worth this much with a single finger. Per our one-shotting guidelines, this would put Yurine at 11920216 joules (11.92 MJ).
Yor Forger's main weapons are her Thorns: sewing needles laced with a poison strong enough to kill an elephant. Yurine Hanazono ate venom from the basilisk, which is this creature:
I'm sure a supernatural venom from a creature who can kill just by looking at you wrong is more powerful than a manmade poison that kills intravenously.
Both have fear-inducing auras, with Yor being able to bring down the morale of a skilled assassin and Yurine making someone's head explode with her glare.
Yor has stealth mastery, but Yurine managed to get around Jashin-chan's most well-thought-out assassination attempt with analytic prediction, so... Yeah.
Both Yor and Yurine have instinctive action going for them, so more than likely they can handle one another. Yor's martial arts skills are crazy to a point where they don't seem hampered when she's inebriated. Yurine is the 65th successor of Hokuto Shinken. If that isn't busted, I don't know what is.
