Okay I updated my list but just to kickstart High 6-A Discussions
Characters I don't think have a snowballs chance in High -6-A:
Kazdan Paratus - He's very "cute" but does bugger all against anyone else here.
Lapis Lazuli - Glass Cannon in a tier being contested by a lot of other haxed to death characters.
Karthus - Same as Lapis Broadway force is neat but probably doesn't help much here.
Dante (Devil May Cry) - Lost to Nerose and The Beast (Speed Equal).
The Beast (inFAMOUS) - Lost to Accelerator (Speed Equal).
Characters Who have very little known on them via their profile pages, hinderance because it makes defining what their capable of harder.
Thanos (Ultimate Marvel)
The God Brothers
Other characters in High 6-A
Yhwach - Some clarity on the range of his abilities would be heavily appreciated, if he has The Almighty in all forms for example.
Accelerator - Matter Manipulation is neat and vector manip is cool but loses to anyone faster than him hard.
Dark Schneider - Fastest natural speed, but needs a bit more clarity as to what dispel bonds resists.
Metatron (Supernatural) - Plot manipulation makes him my pick for speed equal, along with that power null.
Captain Planet - probably what Accelerator wishes he was stats wise, that said, element manipulator, he's also pretty fast.
Mirage Mewtwo - also the reason I wanna know more about High 6-A Yhwach, considering what Mirage is capable of.
Jack Frost (Shin Megami Tensei) - Death Manipulation, and the second fastest behind Dark Schneider.
Nerose Satanel - He has a lot of good hax, like Casuality Manip but his speed stat makes it hard to say he'd get speed unequal.
Reinhard van Astrea - Not sure how to really judge him but he seems like a better Accelerator to me.
Lucifer (Supernatural) - Lots of good Hax but loses really hard at the speed catagories.
I would say Metatron should get the speed equalized title out of these lot no problem and the unequal spot is a toss up between Nerose, Yhwach and, Mirage.

Thing I want to point out is Accelerator doesn't really lose that hard in speed.
His shields are FTLx2 in his Angel form and if his opponent can't get past the shields even a huge speed difference can make you lose to Accel, fact is both Toneri and Ryuko vs Accel were considered stomps in his favor with Unequal speed, so he's actually quite good at beating people fast enough to the point of blitzing.
That said, his shields only have High 6A Durability, so anyone in a higher tier can easily bust through them and knock him dead, while people like the Beast have no issue against much higher AP due to his regen.
