@King_Dom470 made this calculation and it was accepted (kind of?) which upgrades the verse further into 9-B.
The Stalker, zombies, and Unit-8 soldiers (Their Reborn versions only) scale to it.
Now, there's one more ability that I think the Stalker should have. In the Reborn version, it can consume human flesh to heal itself (Already on the profile) and it can do it almost instantly by... stepping on the flesh. As shown in the video, the Stalker ripped apart a Combine (The cyan one) and devoured his remains shortly after just by coming into physical contact with it (Notice its health increasing), not by picking it up and shoving it into its mouth if it even has one. The Stalker should, therefore, get Absorption for being able to absorb the flesh of dead humans to heal itself which explains how it can consume flesh so quickly in the middle of combat.
