It just happens that you can comunicate with NPC from other games, which implies that instead of just Super Deleto-ing the older version, they simply both exist. It's still a possibly and all that, but notable regardless.
That, or you assume that he does deloto everything before, in which case those doubtful of his tier are kinda wrong regardless. He also gets much better deletion and creation for removing every pet and such.

For the meteor, it still caught fire, so that is a minimum. It also created an earthquacke, and the car being destroyed was done by the shockwave it left, but those two things shall be ignored for this.
