B. Would he even BFR the multiverse, BFRing one universe is a lot diffrent than BFRing one (willing to be wrong here).
C. Not the most knowledgeable but I wouldn't say the void is apart of the multiverse, the physical world of dishonored is a multiverse and the outsider/void exists completely separate from it.

Not the most knowledgeable but I wouldn't say the void is apart of the multiverse, the physical world of dishonored is a multiverse and the outsider/void exists completely separate from it.

Palkia can perfectly BFR that as it can enter in the range of its abilities.

I was reading on this thread that nigh omniscience doesn't inherently grant knowledge of other verses and is treated on a case by case basis but i am not knowledgable on this concept so eh.

Is pretty much common sense rather than a direct confirmation. Palkia was described as the master of space and dimensions, and one of its abilities is even BFRing structures that big. Saying it can BFR just 1 universe at time while it's described as the master of it is a baseless assumption.
