I guess I’ll wait for some arguments, but I feel like people are downplaying Carmen a bit too much without looking at her profile.

Yor scales to 9 MegaJoules while being extremely proficient in H2H and pressure points. Her poisons is extremely lethal and its a viable wincon.
She has feats of
1) Paralysing a rampaging bull with pressure points
2) Tricking her opponent with feigns while also stabbing them with their guard down
3) Knowledge on human anatomy
4) Using the wire wrapped around her leg as a mans to attack a combatant
5) Tagging Loid while extremely intoxicated
6) Killing a boar as a child And being trained at a young age
She is also said to be a legend amongst contract killers iirc
