I've never heard of reality warping being scaled by amount of people affected, that's mind and soul manipulation and their sub-powers. Scaling reality warping and the like that way wouldn't make sense anyway, since they can affect things other than people too.

Anyway with this being SBA, Malok's stuff would be tier 2 anyway.

All Taken have type 4 acausality. To give you a better idea of his missing stuff, Malok has a lot of the things on the Knight (Destiny) profile.

Hax only scales via the number of people affected in certain cases, like with mind or soul hax. Applying that to things like law or pain or, more pointedly, reality hax makes no sense.

Because Destiny revisions tend to happen in massive bursts, rather than individual additions like with Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ke.
