The Primal monitor doesnt just see other beings as a spec, they are only like fiction to PM

You might be new here, and you might not know much about DC and marvel based on your comment. The pre retconed beyonder is on the same tier as the living tribunal (High 1-B for both). The presence is just an aspect of the overvoid, who is inferior to the writer. Also, High 1-B characters are infinitly inferior to 1-A characters. So both TLT and PR beyonder get stomped effortlessly.
