Shadoo has a higher HP than Dimentio, so this obviously means he is stronger

Oh, and since DBZ had no feats whatsoever, I'll put it at the max scaling of "Planet Level ++++" at the end of the Buu Saga and Star Level for Beerus. All statements arent feats so they dont count.

Planet level is still an outlier because screw you since Vegeta required a massive amount of energy to destroy the planet and Goku barely fought him. City level scaling off of Nappa leaving a city in ruins seems far more reasonable.

Im actually scaling out of Freeza at his full power, really. But yeah, Vegeta's statement was totally a lie and hyperbole. He should be quite above Nappa though, I say he is Island Level.
