In this missio, Yamcha casually curbstomps Vegeta and Trunks one after another, and even claims to be the "strongest in the Universe" afterwards. Yamcha is easily Universe level+ if not higher.

Ummm not really,that's just looking from a different frame of reference,light in space,warped space or not,it's pure speed will remain the same(from the perspective of a photon),however,the distance covered can vary greatly(depending on frame of referece)

Other than that,tachyons are the hypothetical praticles in current physics model that go faster than light in same normalized space,but as expected,defy a lot of relativistic physics.
