Alright,seems like this match can be fun or maybe not.....lets see then,lets go!!!

-Place located in the abandoned asylum midnight time

-Komaeda is waken up in one of bed room with no prior knowledge,while 049 is preparing the surgery in surger doctor room

-Komaeda must survive the sneak game here until he goes out from the hospital,and in the outside he will meet the doctor and must fight him

-Firstly,Komaeda is unarmed,but after meet the doctor he will use some of surgery knife

-Win via K.O!!

My guess is Komaeda kicks a rock, it hits one thing after another, and the ceiling collapses on everything but him and he wins, but then he gets captured and made an SCP
 
@Ovens His luck is godd enough to make incredible things happen.

He caused a landslide by kicking a pebble.

Collapses a construction site by throwing a baseball.

He can also survives playing a Russian Roulette with one-in-six chance of success.

Oh, his luck can also made a perfectly fuctional gun got jammed without him doing anything. And also survives getting shot cuz a gadget block the bullet (Worth noted that the one who shot a the gun was someone who has better luck than him).
 
I highly doubt Komaeda is immune to death manipulation, much less 049's death manipulation. 049's power comes from The Brothers Death, but his luck would kill 049 before the latter can use the death touch.
