I feel like the Outsider could mind hax the DT, but at the same time the DT could possess the void itself as I half-jokingly mentioned above and just gain all of the Outsider's power.

I think I will vote for DT on this, as its first move would likely be to possess either the void or the outsider himself, while the outsider's first move would probably be to... I have no clue. He doesn't have any fighting feats, and he's fighting a literal thought. What would his first move even be?

He's omnipresent and omniscient in the Void. Likely also omnipotent.

DT is gonna have trouble sneaking under the Outsider's radar.

Either the Outsider blocks DT from the Void, or he isolates DT somewhere where DT can't get out of.

But really, if they meet on non-lethal terms, I bet my socks they'll make friends and share stories over Void Lunch or soemthing. DT's gotta have some great tales, and Outsider...well, DT will want to know about Dunwall and other stuff too.

Nigh Omniscient is across all of time and space. And this is the Void--his own personal playing field--we're talking about.
