Low Key sounds like Never Queen should be 1-A, but aside from that
With the Current stats, I would say Dream either stalemates or wins. His Regen gives her no way to put him down. Will he be able to remove her heart?

If Creation is in danger from their battle, I see Dream doing his thing, and pulls a Dream of a thousand Cats, rewriting history from very beginning to the very end, make it so that Never Queen never even existed in the first place
Also, Morpheus and Daniel are nothing but an aspect of Dream of the Endless, there's a ton of Dream of the Endless and all of them should be High 1-B (as shown in the Sandman: Overture)
