For me, I think it's tier 2 Cthulhu Mythos. Even hardcore fans tend to not notice or at least understand the vast amount of 1-A feats without really digging into the lore unless they're consciously looking for such feats. Hell even I originally thought the Outer Gods were only High 2-A at the most.
