The Most Hax Heavy Tiers

What tiers in your opinion are the most haxxed? Now when I say haxxed I mean: What tier requires you to have great hax, or at least hax defences to not be a complete fodder. For me tier 2-B amd 2-A would seem to be one of the more haxy tiers. You just can't get by with pure muscle (unless you're ridiculously, or infinitley above baseline, at which point even breathing would oneshot the opponent). Theres a lot of common lethal hax in those tiers like stupidly strong EE, mind control, CM, the works.

Tiers don't really have to be higher D to be haxxed, just require some great hax to cope with how many hax users the tier is filled with.

High 2-A is shit tier compared to 2-A. It's too hard to reach, so 2-A acts as a glass ceiling for most OP verse and thus a lot of hax gathers there. 2-C is kinda similar to that.

Ao being high 2-A is legit, but the reasoning on his profile should be changed. Him transcending divine rank makes him immeasurably superior to 2-A beings, which is 2-A, but just viewing them as "powerless" normally wouldn't be.

Not really. The Doctor has a victory over the anti spiral, but that was because he got math, causality and conceptual manipulation in the middle of the thread, as well as comparable probability manipulation.

For 1-A above though, definitely
