Izumi literally struggles to stand up. She is lowkey 10-C while Shiro is 10-C simply because she has the body of a 11-year-old. This plus stamina advantage (Because even taking into account Shiro's stamina only counting for mental tasks, she is at the very least average for a normal human being, while Izumi low in general) means all Shiro needs is to walk around her until she tires out.
