The Living Tribunal (Marvel) vs. The Grace (Doctor Who)

Living Tribunal: Attack Potency- Unknow (Allegedly absorbed the old version of the Living Tribunal, and all other cosmic entities from his own universe. It is uncertain how that would be possible when the original was the embodiment of the Marvel multiverse, not limited to a single universe.

just going to say TLT because of this.

I believe he is using the pre-Adam Warlock Living Tribunal for this. If not OP should probably mention it in the title.

Huh, well then I guess I'll give it to TLT. However, Adam's Tribunal has a lot of unknown stats and is practically featless. I'm going to go by the Original's stats as being "1-B" to justify him beating The Grace, as it is "At least Low 1-B".
