The Living Tribunal vs SCP-3125

Yes, I'm about to start a war. Let's do this.

Both are High 1-A and this is Extra-Noospheric Instance of SCP-3125. Who wins?

LT:

3125:

Both get solo'd by Goku:

Can't LT form an counter meme or use concept manipulation to possibly reduce SCP-3125 into nothingness like what WILD LIGHT did?

LT has the intellectual advantage too.
This would just make the constant of chaos create a new avatar or go directly for LT, smurfig is op

If he loses and needs to create another avatar then LT can just repeat the same process
He iould never be incapacitating It enough to get the W and if he keep like that theconstant of chaos It self would go after LT, not to mention 3125 is a lot more resistence to conceptual manipulatio and has High godly regen

And the batlle of It and WILD LIGHT was a lot more expecific then whatever LT can do sinse It was needed a form of inconventional resistence negation

(Capable of using dynamic Equations to refute and deny a target's existence. The fight between WILD LIGHT and SCP-3125 was described as being akin to a blizzard of canceling terms/variables. Reduced SCP-3125 until not even its most basic particles remained, 'winking' it out of existence. Its presence and "context" alone 'proved' that vast tracts of SCP-3125 did not exist)

Even ignoring smurfy shit (whose combat applicability might be debatable), 3125 is still on top of an infinite hierarchy of High 1-A beings with higher and higher conceptual absorption and resistances. Most likely, 3125 would resist everything the Tribunal tries to do to its concept and would, in turn, just absorb the Tribunal. From what I see, it doesn't seem like the Living Tribunal has many very good feats of fighting off other conceptual beings on a High 1-A scale. And that's not getting into the High-Godly regen.
