I was looking at the Kollector page to try and think of matchups, since I really like the character and he's desperately lacking in matchups, and obviously that means I had to focus my attention on his tiering.
My question is, if he could fight against Jade and Kitana, even though obviously not on equal grounds (City Block Level+), is there a particular reason why he's only Large Building Level?
