Both have full prior knowledge on eachother and all of their accomplishments as well as a single day of prep(Assuming Gabriel's weakness only kicked in when he Butchered the council so it wouldn't affect much)

Battle takes place in an open field at 20 meters away

Speed is Equalized

Ikit Claw: 0

Gabriel: 0

The Council of thirteen cancels Ikit's project: 0

know nothing about the rat man tbh, but I guess Gabriel could take this. He found the Insurrectionists' weakness in the middle of the fight, let alone prep time, and then immediately focus fire on Sisyphus, this may be the same, Gabe teleports and one shot Ikit before being actually outskilled by him. Either that or rat man intelligence is actually much higher than what I'm thinking rn

TBF Ikit would be wary of the teleportation himself, so it's not THAT easy

As for Ikit outskilling, no chance in hell or heaven that he's outskilling here, he's a ******* caster and engineer, unless your name is Malekith or Nagash you're not going to be Skill Jesus and one of those. Sure, if Gabriel gets hit by Storm Daemon he is a dead angel, but the same can be said for Gabriel to anything Ikit would be bringing, and while Skaven tech is neat, it's liable that the Warp Lightning Cannon blows up and kills Gabriel that way rather than it actually managing to hit him.

Should also note Ikit would be bringing an army, if not other skaven then robot skaven, and his prosthetic arm has some nice AoE dura neg to be avoided. Other things to look out for are...
  • Storm Daemon, as said above
  • Ratling Guns, as they have the same malfunction rate as other Skaven tech but are literal weapon-team galling guns
  • Warp Lightning Cannons which admittedly have an about 50/50 shot of exploding as they're more volatile then other Skaven tech
  • Jezzails, AKA sniper rifles to be dodged
  • And of course Ikit's magic, which is mostly Lightning to be dodged in how he likes to use it.
