To be fair, i think Yuno takes this.

She has a very impresive resistance to gases and she wont really hesitate on killing him.

Hm, Yuno has the possible AP and Dura advantage, but Joker has better speed and experience.

I doubt she can just shrug off the Joker Venom like that though, considering some versions have worked on superhumans in the past.

Joker could easily play mindgames with Yuno, as he's dealt with Batman and other League members (who have more training and experience than most humans in MN I believe).

I say Joker via his superior Intelligence, higher speed (Subsonic vs Supersonic+), experience and the Joker Venom slowly finishing off Yuno (Resistance =/= Immunity), especially if it's in huge doses.
