Actually are you sure. On Kakashi's page, Part 1 key, it said that he is comparable to Might Guy and on the calculation section notes, it say that Kakashi is 5.8 KT

Ehh tbh Guy might be able to skill his way through it. Lucci doesn't have crazy Kenbunshoku and Guy can fight the Sharingan, which is (although inferior to Kenbun), good in it's own right.
Just putting my 2 sense there.

About the match, I think Guy is more skilled, but Lucci can capitalize with Haki+Tekkai combo to tank anything, or even tekkai alone
