Can we scale the Hive Mind from Tzeentch's 9D labyrinth?

if we can then hive mind stomps hard
since commander is high 8D and if it scales from the Yzeemtch's labyrinth hive mind is somewhere in the mid of 9D making him way stronger then cap in the warp
also should it say that the battle takes place in the warp since you know all the psyhic powers and gods are kinda relint on the warp(other then the c'tan since they are not tied into warp/want to destroy it)
