This will equalize speed, make both of them 9-A, give Spongebob all of standard equipment, bloodlust Spongebob (How else can he access all his abilities?) and give 682 all of his abilities and resistances.

You can't restrict 682's adaptation(or really anything that isn't a higher tier) and he just uses Spongebob's own shit on him anyway along with black holes.
