Out of the current contestants, I'd say Musashi. On a side note, a physicals equalized Musashi vs prime Isshin would be a fight I'd pay to see

And as much as I love Guts, he's not on the same level as the cream of the crop in this thread like Musashi or Roronoa, but I would say he's in the tier just below them while he's sane. In Berserker Armor, tho, I'd say he's the least skilled of the bunch since he operates purely off of instinct with no fine-honed technique.
