Am I allowed to handle the application of these revisions in tandem with another revision? To begin with, I've yet to figure out who exactly these abilities would apply to, and would like to discuss this with @Maitreya in private before applying them haphazardly.

After very minimal discussion (it was a lot more obvious than I thought it was), the people who would be affected specifically in this revision as far as abilities go would be:

Supreme God Mori + Supreme God Mujin, The 6th and 7th Masters, and 666:Satan.

And for now that's it.

Applied the revisions to the only two people who need it as of now, I will apply this further down the line in later CRTS which will be dealing generally with the profiles (which are still ass BTW) and will make things make a lot more sense.
