Also you may have to elaborate on why 47 skill stomps, since the god of death is no slouch in that department.

47 was literally enhanced by Ort-Meyer to have humanity's best traits (And Ort-Meyer's and his four accomplices' traits too) and to become the perfect assassin. Ort-Meyer didn't stop until he could perfect his best creations. 47's also literally capable of using and hacking into any kind of tech he can get his hands on, as shown by the game series. Not only that, 47 also has innate knowledge on human anatomy, is able to pinpoint weak spots without relying on his Instinct much and is capable of making extremely difficult but sleek assassination methods for the toughest of spots and escaping without so much as making a sound. He's literally capable of disguising himself in plain sight even without his disguises.
Let's not even get to the fact that he murdered hordes of comparable Agent 48s all by himself, and he killed Mark Parchezzi III, an assassin who is himself comparable to 47.

Breaching the security of a superpower nation and killing its leader, making his death look like it happened from natural causes,
Putting an end to a civil war that lasted for ten years in one week by killing specific people of interest
He has accuracy that allows him to puncture someone's heart by flicking a piece of salt at them.
He can knock someone unconscious by banging on a the walls of a cell at the right time.
He is stated to possess knowledge that surpassed any scientist, and from just one month of studying he was capable of understanding the experiments being performed on him (which would ultimately lead to his transformation) and secretly manipulating it to success with no one realizing.
As Korosensei he possessed enough instinct to avoid a speed of light attack that came from outer space without warning. a point to be noted is that this was stated to be a result of the instincts he possessed as an assassin not powers he received after his transformation.

47 has been repeatedly stated to not even exist at all thanks to his abilities. Because of this, very few people actually know of his existence, even less so about his appearance and his tastes.

In their 9b forms they both only have standard melee range so this comes down to who wins in cqc As in 47s stealth is a nonfactor

47 throws a mug or his briefcase then. Then again, his standard equipment is whatever he can get his hands on in a mission. He could easily make a garrote from window sills within a few moments, and he easily escaped to a local shop to look at good clothes.
Combat-wise, not even the best of ninjas could keep up properly with him, and clones having the same skill as him were simply put, stomped, all because 47 possessed free will.

There is no prep time he doesn't have any weapons and korosensei isn't going to let him escape if they start in cqc
