Can control his spiritual threads to turn him into a puppet completely under his control. Can mimic any of his powers with the staff can also do this just by himself and on top of that he can make them forget what they wanted to do next and do it himself instead. Multiple layers of resistance to precog and fate manip. Transfer damage done to him and to basically anuything to anyone. Multiple forms of mind control. Concept (type 2) and probablity manip. Has fate manipulation as well which allows him to literally become anyone gain all their abilities memories and everything else about them and others would think they are the same person. And a few more super specific things.

Abilities of klein which might counter ALMIGHTY.

Anti divination and Anti prophecy : sefirah castle gives him the highest possible version of it which allows him to hide from anyone trying to pry into his fate or divine about his future.

He can also transfer any ailment, injuries, fate, curses anything into a paper figurine so when people try to look into his future or do anything to him via hax they will be redirected to the paper.

He can also swap future and present states with past states through his fooling authority which is similar to antithesis which counters the Almighty.

Now onto the abilities:

Fooling : he can fool fate, history, time and use it to forcefully lower iq of others.

Steal : can steal lifespan, fate, identity, luck, abilities etc

Replicate : he can replicate hax, state of being etc

Time and space : stop, speed up, slow down or rewind time and instantaneous teleportation, forcefully teleporting others, confining them in certain space, tearing space etc

Grafting : can graft concepts or physical things together. Eg: grafting the concepts of beginning and end to ALMIGHTY so that the almighty begins but skips the middle processing of watching into the infinite futures and just ends and using the concept of fooling to do it infinitely. Now this is just my theory i don't know how it'll react to ALMIGHTY.

Avatar creation and Marionettes: he can turn anyone without layered soul resistance into a marionette instantly.

Wishes : he can wish for stats to be suppressed in a certain area so that they will forced to fight eachother under equal stats with only hax.

Historical projection: he can summon anyone or anything from history.

Characters in lotm gain layered resistance and hax as they increase in sequence. A seq.4 can survive insta death and they gain resistance to most status effects and this keeps on increasing with increase in sequence.

Through replicate and equipments he has law manipulation, death manipulation, plot manipulation, luck manipulation, fate manipulation, deformation curse( turns you to animal), mind manipulation etc
