Can control his spiritual threads to turn him into a puppet completely under his control. Can mimic any of his powers with the staff can also do this just by himself and on top of that he can make them forget what they wanted to do next and do it himself instead. Multiple layers of resistance to precog and fate manip. Transfer damage done to him and to basically anuything to anyone. Multiple forms of mind control. Concept (type 2) and probablity manip. Has fate manipulation as well which allows him to literally become anyone gain all their abilities memories and everything else about them and others would think they are the same person. And a few more super specific things.

Lol yeah he is quite a hax monster and this is without his "final form", I even worded the fate manip a bit wrong he straight becomes the other person while they seize to exist.

Well there isn't a 5-B Yhwach anymore, he's become 3-A/Low 2-C. Doubt this changes the outcome however.
