The Flash (CW) ability addition

So in the latest episode of The Flash, Iris almost tells everyone Barry is the Flash but Barry runs over and gives Iris his speed so that they can have a conversation.

This means the flash can boost others with his speed which would be Statistics Amplification but on others.

So I'd say Can pass on his speed to others

Also this could be a speed feat if it can be calced but I highly doubt it's around his current speed rating.

The Lightning feat was performed in season 1 episode 7, the mach 2 feat was in season 1 episode 23, the supersonic key should be rid of in general.
 
Then why is it used for season 2 despite being a season 1 feat, why is it used in general even?

We should probably upgrade Season 1 Barry. However, there is a problem - Green Arrow scales to his Season 1 speed. I suppose we should downgrade Oliver back to Subsonic for consistency's sake.
 
The Green arrow thing is kind of funny, as it's literally the episode after he got an amp in Power Outage.

I have a good feat for scaling, i'll be back.
 
Here is the Feat, it happens in the Flash vs Arrow episode - The Flash is shot at by a hand gun, and he moves from the entrace to the middle of the bank after it's fired. I'll find it soon, just can't get a legal sight to give you guys.

Like i said before, Barry got an amp in power outage, he should be supersonic pre amp because he caught a bullet just before it hit him.

We add Statistics Amplification as Barry's power.

Pre-amp Barry in Season 1 is Room level and Supersonic, while post-amp Barry in Season 1 is Town level and Massively Hypersonic+.

Green Arrow and those who scales are still Supersonic.

And I will try to calc the speed feats you list after I go home.

I agree with this. All of it.
 
I suggest the AP and speed ratings for Flash to be like this:

Attack Potency: Room level (Damaged a metahuman made of steel and stopped a tornado) | Town level (Moved Wells at massively hypersonic speeds) | At least Town level (Stronger than before. Can fight Zoom by the end of the season) | Likely Large Town level (Stronger than before. Can fight Savitar by the end of the season) | At least Large Town level (Even more stronger than before. Broke the metahuman cell even when being weakened)

Speed: Hypersonic+ (Outran a bullet) | Massively Hypersonic+ (Dodged lightning) | At least Massively Hypersonic+ (Faster than before. Can keep up with Zoom by the end of the season) | Likely Sub-Relativistic (Faster than before. Can keep up with Savitar by the end of the season) | At least Sub-Relativistic (5 times faster than before. Was able to break the metahuman cell via sheer speed despite it dampening his powers, which could hold the Rival in it. Too fast for Kid Flash to react, despite the latter had enough preparation time. Is possibly the fastest speedster alive)

Key: At the beginning of Season 1 | After Power Outage (Season 1) | Season 2 | Season 3 | Season 4

tl;dr: Season 2, 3 and 4 Barry gets upgraded due to Season 1 Barry gets upgraded.
 
That seems reasonable, you should make a CRT about it.

I would, however, i've tried to do so and they haven't gotten any attention.
 
Well, he was actually blitzed, Flash literally ran circles, which he couldn't see, at Oliver, there was one moment when he caught his punch and restrained him, however PIS exists.

I believe, i never really watched Arrow, that Oliver has dodged bullets.
 
It's reasonable for him to be superior to pre-amp Barry, considering he nearly kept up with post-amp Barry.

So I think Room level and Supersonic Oliver can still be kept.
 
Room level Oliver doesn't seem like a stretch considering he has fought Cyrus Gold who really shouldn't be that much weaker than Roy. But it still seems questionable to scale Oliver from pre-amp Barry for obvious reasons.
