Yeah, but I mean, I have to change the justification for several characters and all, so I'm doing everything a sandbox beforehand.

I have some stuff to upgrade the gods, but for now I want to do little stuff, so I'll probably go and work on smaller stuff.

It's worse, actually, because never was it stated he could only look at the parallel worlds "of that specific celestial foundation". He can look at all the universes (or well, search, same thing), not just the one from the CF (if they even have different universes inside). Alternate universes are most likely in another dimension altogether to avoid weird and incoherent stuff.
