Time for the end (and the death) of my 40k downgrade CRTs. This is going to be the two biggest guys, the Emperor and Horus. As with the previous rework CRTs, the original profiles are below to compare with the reworks which will replace them.

For Horus' durability there's a "]" bracket after a link. Other than that I think it looks good, though I don't have a problemwith with the changes.

Though at a later point depending on how we scale psionic shock the 4-B rating may become 3-C.

If you’re referring to the shockwave made after Horus’ death that destroyed stars, that was done by the chaos gods screaming that their champion was dead, not by Horus himself dying iirc

Also added possibly plot manip resistance to Emps cause I realized tzeentch has that

So I was informed of another feat where it's stated Horus holds the infinite angles of the materium/immaterium in a compressed point. We already have it established that powerful souls can manipulate infinite dimensional spaces within the warp. So yeah I just added High 1-B as the upper limit of Horus' psychic powers and I'm just gonna ask y'all to re-eval to see if it's fine.
