The Doctor vs. SCP-682

I was trying to figure out who could kill 682. I was thinking of a restricted Doctor, but then my brain said no... it's a stomp. But then my brain said again, but what if it's not. Then I had a conversation with my brain that should send me to a psychiatrist. So I made this match.

So here we are, I'm gonna place a restriction on the Doctor.

NOTHING above Low 2-C. (I am not sure if the Tardis counts, so I'll let him use it.)

Doctor has a week of prep.

682 starts at 5-A.

Basically, the Tardis has (High?) 1-C Defences, but that's about it, It can also convert Suns, so that's nifty. Id say that if SCP Starts as 5-A then the Doctor Should be able to take this Mid-Diff, to low-Diff, since he has many abiltites that can destroy the Universe and 682 along with it, and with one weeks prep, i'd say it's more than enough. Now if they were incharacter, would they fight each other? I'm not sure, I actually think that the Doctor might help him get away from the foundation, but then again, he would know about their terrible tendacies.

Um, no. There would be no cooperation between these two, incharacter or otherwise. I'm not sure how The Doctor would feel about The Foundation, but that's besides the point. 682's goal is the eradication of all life, while I'm pretty sure The Doctor is trying to protect all life. Very much polar opposites.
